Welcome to Queens Lake Community Association!
Queens Lake is a beautiful, family-friendly, and well-established neighborhood on the Virginia Peninsula in York County. It’s just a short, scenic drive from Williamsburg along the Colonial Parkway, perfectly nestled between Jamestown and Yorktown. The neighborhood is bordered by Queen's Creek on the north and west, the Colonial Parkway on the south, and New Quarter Park on the east — a 545-acre county park with trails, mountain biking, disc golf, picnic areas, and sports courts. It’s a great spot for hiking, birdwatching, and enjoying nature.
The Queens Lake Community Association (QLCA) helps keep our community active and connected, maintaining top-notch facilities and hosting events throughout the year. It’s a big part of what makes Queens Lake such a special place to live.
Community amenities include:
- Clubhouse overlooking Queen's Creek, ideal for both private and community gatherings
- Queens Lake (& Princess Pond) – a freshwater lake over a mile long, perfect for boating and fishing (bass, bream, and more)
- Marina – with slips on Queen's Creek and quick access to the York River and Chesapeake Bay
- Pools, both an Adult and Family swimming pool, plus a Swim Team
- Tennis courts
- Pickleball courts
- Large playing field with a softball diamond
- Playground
Whether you love being on the water, playing sports, or just relaxing with neighbors, Queens Lake has something for everyone!
