The Queens Lake Eagles family of coaches, swimmers, and parents are committed to helping all of our swimmers achieve fitness, sound swimming skills, and the confidence that comes with them - in a fun, enthusiastic, and nurturing environment which fosters a life-long love of swimming. The Eagles swim team is sponsored by the Queens Lake Community Association, Inc., and local businesses.
Team membership is open to QL pool members ages 4 - 18 of all skill levels, and is comprised of four basic levels:
- Fledglings: (Ages 4 - 8) Be able to comfortably swim one length of the pool (25 meters); is designed for swimmers who do not quite yet have the strength or maturity to swim repeated lengths for an entire practice session.
- Eaglets: (Ages 9 - 12) Be able to comfortably swim one length of the pool on their front and back; It is expected swimmers will have the strength, endurance, and maturity to swim repeated lengths for an entire practice session.
- Eagles: (Ages 13 - 18) Be able to comfortably swim two lengths of the pool on their front and back without stopping; have rudimentary knowledge of two strokes; possess the strength, endurance and maturity to swim repeated lengths for an hour and 15 minute practice session.

Fun, Fun, Fun
Not only do we practice and compete together, the Eagles host a full slate of activities including Food Fridays, Fun Tuesdays, and a team swim-a-thon. The swim team also organizes Movie Nights for all pool members to enjoy. Don't miss the fun!
